Common Questions

How do I add a boat to my fleet?

Open the Fleet tab, tap "+", and fill in your boat's details. You can add photos from your camera roll or take new ones directly in the app.

How do I add dos & don'ts for my guests?

Go to the Content tab, select "Dos & Don'ts", and tap "Add".

How do I upload my company logo?

Go to Settings → Company details. Tap the logo area at the top to upload from your photo library.

Can I use Embrk on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any iOS device and your data syncs automatically.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
